The tour brochure provided to guests is underwritten in part by a New Jersey Historic Trust Grant from the Discover New Jersey History License Plate Fund for Heritage Tourism.  The Princeton Battlefield Society (PBS1777.org) is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization, and the only Officially Recognized Friends Organization (ORFO) of Princeton Battlefield State Park.  


Mission of the Princeton Battlefield Society

  1. To acquire, protect, preserve, and restore the lands and cultural landscape related to the Battle of Princeton of 1777;
  2. To enlarge and improve the Princeton Battlefield State Park;
  3. To educate the public about the Battle of Princeton, the Ten Crucial Days, and the American Revolution.

Learn about the January 3, 1777 Battle of Princeton with a minute-by-minute guided tour of the Princeton Battlefield & the Thomas Clarke House​​​


You, your family and friends are invited to a minute-by-minute tour of the Princeton Battlefield guided by Historical Interpreter to learn more about the critical battle that occurred here on January 3rd, 1777.  The Battle of Princeton ended the campaigns of the Ten Crucial Days that began with Washington's crossing of the Delaware River on December 25th, 1776. Experience the Battle of Princeton in New Jersey, the Crossroads of the American Revolution!


We ask for a $7 donation per adult, $2 per child (13 years or under); $2 for veterans or active military. If you have paid your annual membership, when you register for your tour, you will be prompted to type the word "voucher" to receive your discount.
